In partnership with our client, CPL HealthCare is looking to recruit Care Manager in Galway area. Our client is the fastest growing homecare company in Ireland, with 10 Regional offices Nationwide.
We require an exceptional Care Manager who will assist in growing and managing a team of motivated, compassionate Carers in your assigned area. You will be fully supported by Support Centre.
As the successful candidate, you will be highly motivated to oversee and assist in providing high quality care to vulnerable people.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure efficient and effective management of carer on-boarding, carer rosters, carer training/development and overall carer welfare with the support of your Regional Manager and Support Office.Confidently deliver 20-hour Carer Induction Training ensuring Carers are sufficiently prepared and trained in advance of providing care to all clients in your assigned area.Using One Touch Care Management software, monitor all daily activities with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and compliance at every level. Take any action required under your remit and escalate as needed.Using One Touch Care Management Software, communicate closely with the Support Office regarding Scheduling runs, Client Care and HSE communication.Take responsibility for identifying, monitoring and managing training needs within your team, by implementing a career development path in line with the HR strategy.Ensure Client Quality Assurance reviews are carried out and recorded in line with Homecare and HSE Standards.Flexibility to take responsibility for all reasonable duties that support the provision of the highest level of care,Requirements
QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher)Experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management roleExperience in using One Touch Care Management software is preferableExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWell organised and process drivenEffective time management skillsBenefits:
