We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing advisory skills, requiring someone who can stay ahead of rapid AI innovation and translate cutting-edge capabilities into real business impact.ResponsibilitiesDrive innovation in AI and GenAI architecture, applying the latest industry research to practical client use casesAdvise senior stakeholders on AI strategy, opportunities, and solution designLead and facilitate workshops to identify and prioritise AI use cases and roadmapsArchitect and oversee scalable Generative and Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflowsManage large-scale AI projects from concept to delivery, working with cross-functional teamsMentor data scientists and engineers in advanced AI development, MLOps/LLMOps, and agentic designBuild and maintain strong client and internal stakeholder relationshipsEnsure high-quality delivery using Agile practices, responsible AI principles, and software engineering standardsStay current with Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI trends, frameworks, and toolsRequirements10+ years in AI/ML/Data Science with at least 5 years in leadership or architecture rolesStrong track record of delivering large-scale AI solutions in enterprise or consulting settingsDeep knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluationHands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraphStrong understanding of RAG, Graph RAG, agentic systems, and multi-agent collaborationProficiency in Python and modern AI/ML libraries (Transformers, spaCy, NLTK)Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) and embeddingsDeployment experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP with strong cloud-native knowledgeStrong software engineering foundation and experience with MLOps/LLMOps pipelinesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI conceptsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field; Master’s/PhD preferredMinimum Stamp 4 Visa On OfferSalary - €-k (Negotiable however) +bonus Leave: 25 days annual leave, 10 days sick leave + statutory leave entitlement + ROI public holidaysPension: 4.5% default or 6% enhanced matching contributionsInsurance: Life Assurance (4x basic salary), Income Protection (from 3 months), Private Medical Insurance, Business Travel Cover (within & outside Ireland)Development & Support: Personal and professional skills development, free financial planning reviews, and mental health support
