Location: Dublin-based in Sandyford

Our client, a private healthcare provider headquartered in Dublin, specialises in delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals of all ages and abilities with disabilities, both in their homes and local communities.

They are currently hiring a Care Coordinator to join their growing team. This role involves managing and coordinating the rostering of care worker visits for clients across multiple counties including Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, and Tipperary.

Key Duties:

Make sure staff rosters are planned at least 4 weeks ahead, all shifts are covered, and staff are happy with their schedules.Manage staff holiday requests and make sure they are managed properly.Spot and solve any problems with the care being provided to clients.Build and maintain good working relationships with staff, clients, and external contacts.Do other admin tasks as needed by the Directors and help with the emergency on-call phone.Report weekly to the Directors with updates on all tasks and any issues noticed.

Essential Criteria:

Experience using OneTouch or similar care management software.A QQI Level 5 qualification in Care (or similar).Experience supervising/managing a teamPrevious care coordinator experience is desirable
