Our global pharmaceutical client in Dublin South has an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join their team on a 13 month contract. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced, dynamic HR team within a large multinational environment.They are seeking someone with strong HR Generalist experience who thrives in a collaborative culture and has ideally worked within a large or matrixed organisation.RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:·Support HR projects and daily operations across various teams in Ireland.·Organise and coordinate HR meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up on action items.·Maintain and update HR systems, tools, and policies to ensure accessibility and ease of use.·Assist with onboarding processes, employee engagement events, and internal HR programmes.·Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to provide support to managers and employees.·Assist in the management of occupational health cases, global mobility processes, and HR reporting activities.·Participate in HR initiatives and represent the HR function at local meetings and events.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:·3+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (HRBP) support role, preferably within a multinational or pharmaceutical environment.·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (CIPD qualification or a relevant Master’s degree is an advantage).·Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders with strong project management skills.·Solid knowledge of Irish employment legislation.·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.·Confident in building relationships and influencing at all levels of the organisation.·Strong multitasking and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.For further information please contact Heather Nolan –
