•Fostering
Tusla, the Child and Family Agency was established in and is responsible for a range of statutory functions including provision of child protection, alternative care, specified regulatory services and a range of family support services to enable its staff to make an important contribution to improve the wellbeing and outcomes for children living in Ireland.
Tusla has commenced a major improvement programme with significant focus on Practice, Culture and Structure.
The Child and Family Agency has responsibility for the following range of services:
•Child Protection and Welfare
•Family Support
•Alternative Care
•Adoption
•Tusla Education Support Services (TESS)
•Domestic Sexual and General Based Violence (DSGBV)
•Children's Service Regulation
•Counselling and Therapeutic Supports
Benefits include:

•Competitive salary between €47, - €68, depending on experience
•35 hour working week
•Excellent relocation and onboarding package to the value of €4, towards flights and accommodation for non-EU applicants and €4, for EU applicants

•Induction and orientation program on arrival

Entry Requirements:
•A recognised qualification as a Professionally Qualified Social Worker and professional registration in your country of practice
•Eligible to apply for registration as a Professionally Qualified Social Worker with CORU, the Health & Social Care Professionals regulatory authority
•Experience and an interest in working in children and families services
•Experience and an interest in working in child protection
•A full clean driver's licence is desirable
•Police clearance
•Professional approach to work
•Flexibility in work practice
•Excellent verbal and written English
