This team is focused on building and continuously enhancing a suite of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, designed for the healthcare and medical communications sector.As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable web applications using Microsoft technologies-with a heavy focus on .NET, C#, MVC, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps. The team fosters a collaborative and technically enriching environment, where you can contribute directly to the direction and quality of the product.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain web-based software solutions using .NET/C#Work across the full software development lifecycle with minimal supervisionArchitect backend services, implement APIs, and manage SQL Server database interactionsCollaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and Product Management teamsParticipate in Agile/Scrum processes and sprint planningConduct and participate in peer code reviewsContinuously improve code quality through unit testing, automation, and refactoringProvide mentorship and technical guidance to mid/junior developersIdentify technical risks and propose solutionsWork directly with stakeholders to define technical requirementsTechnical Requirements6+ years of professional software development experience using:.NET Framework / .NET Core / C# MVC / Web APISQL Server - schema design, query optimization, stored proceduresJavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQueryStrong object-oriented programming and software design principlesExperience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version controlExperience with SaaS environments and understanding of multi-tenant architecturesPrior use of TortoiseSVN or similar version control toolsExposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related disciplineExperience in agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban)Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Previous experience in a regulated environment (., healthcare, finance) is a plus Any questions - contact Joseph in Reperio Human CapitalReperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
