Reporting to the PIA (Prudential International Assurance) Financial Crime and Regulatory Risk Manager, you will support your line manager and their other direct reports in the execution of their responsibilities covering financial crime and compliance risk monitoring.

Accountable for delivering a quality service and product to customers and stakeholders Focuses on quality of delivery to achieve clear outputs within guidelines and precedent Runs the organisation's processes and systems following pre-defined procedures Adapts to change, responds with initiative and make suggestions for improvements to own work and processes

Key Responsibilities for this role:

Act as PIA’s local data protection co-ordinator and liaise with PIA's outsourced services provider and the M&G Central Data Privacy Team in managing Data Privacy Breaches, DSARs, Register of Processing Activities and DPIAs as applicable Manage PIA DPO email account Management of PIA Regulatory Reporting Tracker Preparing applicable regulatory returns for Manager review where Compliance are responsible for the return Supporting Manager in meeting PIA's Fitness and Probity responsibilities Supporting Manager in reviewing PIA literature allocated to them for review Collating and producing Compliance MI and related dashboards Reviewing PEP/Sanction/Adverse Media screening alerts Provide support in managing the PIA Compliance e-mail account Supporting Manager in maintaining compliance policies, standards and procedures

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Degree level education and a professional compliance qualification (or suitable equivalent) or currently studying for such a qualification Practical experience within a CBI or FCA regulated financial services firm or consultancy Working knowledge and some experience of Irish and UK regulatory requirements, including IDR, GDPR and Financial Crime Experience of producing MI and related dashboards Life insurance industry experience ideal Some experience of reviewing financial promotional and non-promotional literature preferred Commercially focused Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and make recommendations Experience working in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines Well organised self-starter, able to prioritise quickly and adapt to change and tight time-frames Collaborative with a strong team ethic Good writing skills Proficient with Microsoft Office including use of Word, Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint
