Your new company Your new organisation is a large, specialised, tier one main building contractor who specialises in mission-critical projects across Ireland and Europe.They deliver Turnkey Data Centre Solutions, providing services from design, through to construction, across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services, as well as commissioning. They currently operate across seven different European countries.Your new role Your new role is to be based in West Dublin as a CSA Lead. Below are some of the following duties:Oversee all civils, structural and architectural elements of the hyperscale project.Manage a project team of 50+ including discipline leads, package managers, design managers, engineers and site supervisors.Support your team in managing 20+ subcontractors with a combined package value in excess of €200m.Support your team in managing contractor’s design elements of the project, ensuring design is carried out and relevant approvals in place ahead of construction on-site.Ensure BIM processes are followed by sub-contractors carrying out works under your supervision.Manage, track and develop plans for project costs, budgets, project labour, commissioning procedures and project performance.Directing set up for the CSA activities, making sure that best practice meetings and reporting documentation and schedules are implemented from the outset.Continuous engagement with key project stakeholders such as Client and Design Teams to ensure Project performance.Overseeing ongoing client satisfaction with the project, especially in terms of cost, scope, and timescalesProactively monitoring the project's health & safety processes as well as the team's culture and behavioursMonitor and ensure the quality targets are achieved and exceeded on the projectReport directly to the Project DirectorWhat you'll need to succeed A degree in a relevant construction or engineering subject.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior project manager role overseeing projects in excess of €50m.Previous experience delivering projects from concept to handover.Previous experience in a similar role, delivering CSA elements of a project within a contracting environment is essential.Excellent organisational, communication, people and time management skillsProficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is required.Data centre experience is advantageous but not necessary.Experience in the delivery of large-scale projects is necessary.The ability to build robust relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliersWhat you'll get in return In return for the above, you will work for a leading main contractor that has a pipeline of work in Europe and Ireland for at least the next 5 years.You will work on a large data centre project from commencement and be involved throughout the entire process.You will be rewarded with a strong financial package which includes all costs, accommodation and allowances.The salary for this role is individually dependent.It ranges from €110,000 - €150,000.You will receive a 7% pension24 days leaveYou will have the chance for further progression and reviews in the months ahead to increase.
