Dublin 12 Location Excellent Salary Positive Working Environment Primary responsibilities of the role are:
Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers, dealing with all enquiries in a professional manner Welcoming all customers to the showroom and dealing with direct face to face sales Inputting orders , ensuring that all information is accurate and that all orders are processed on time Dealing with any sales queries, making sure that all issues are resolved efficiently Generating business through outbound calls to new and existing customers as per defined targets Identifying opportunities to upsell products and increase the order value from each customer Competencies Required
Experience in a similar role Customer focused with a passion for exceeding customer expectations Target driven with a passion for sales Strong communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work well within a team as well as on own initiative Work well under pressure and be able to multitask Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively Possess good computer skills and have experience with Microsoft Office and CRM If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
