They now require a dynamic Assistant Manager with a true passion for good food and warm hospitality to help ensure every guest has a smooth and delightful dining experience. Key responsibilities within the role include: Operational: service/set up standards, shift meetings, guest relations, floor presence/management People management: recruitment, training, appraisals, disciplinaries Financial management: staffing costs, maximising sales opportunities, P&L, forecasting, reporting Compliance: Health & Safety, Hygiene, Fire, Safety, Licensing The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader with at least three years’ experience as Supervisor / Manager of a busy, upscale, high turnover restaurant.
