Your new company As Donor Care Manager, you will join a humanitarian aid organisation to lead their Donor Care Team. Your new role is conveniently located in Dublin City and offers a flexible hybrid work model. Your company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new role As Donor Care Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to, leading the donor team; overseeing all aspects of donor care operations; overseeing relationships with third-party phone support agencies; delivering training; designing and executing stewardship plans; analysing feedback to support continuous improvement; overseeing the timely processing of all donations; managing reconciliation reports; collaborating with marketing and communications and all general administrative and ad-hoc tasks that fall into your new role. This is a great opportunity for you to gain excellent experience within a reputable not-for-profit.What you'll need to succeed To become Donor Care Manager, you will ideally have a qualification in marketing or a related area along with proven experience in a donor care, customer care or supporter relations management role, preferably within the non-profit sector. Previous experience leading and managing a high-performing team is essential. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organisational, IT skills and data management skills is necessary.
