✅ A current NMBI registration
✅ Leadership experience at CNM or ADON level
✅ A warm, person-centred approach to both residents and staff
✅ Strong understanding of HIQA standards and clinical governance
✅ A calm, supportive leader who leads by example and fosters a positive environment
