Content Specialist - US Market (Remote) Have you lived in the US for yrs and are a content aficionado with a deep understanding of the US market? We're on the lookout for dynamic Content Specialists to join our team Dive into the world of text-based social media, spotlighting the hottest trending content and conversations.Key Responsibilities:Curate & Review: Explore a diverse range of content, from breaking news to entertainment, shared by users, publishers, broadcasters, public figures, creators, and influencers.Trendspotting: Identify and contextualise cultural trends and current affairs across various themes.Quality Control: Apply review guidelines to content at scale, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Editorial Expertise: Use your editorial skills to spot edge cases or guidelines questions, escalating where necessary.Tech Savvy: Master internal editorial tools and communication systems.Decision Making: Oversee selection decisions and address guidelines or edge case queries.Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to enhance user experience.Requirements: years of experience living in the United States.Proven experience in social media, editorial, content creation, journalism, or digital media.Deep knowledge of the social media landscape, user-generated content, and text-focused conversation platforms.Experience with social discovery and/or social listening tools.Editorial strategy skills and an understanding of engaging digital content.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong orthography and grammar.Foreign language skills are a plus.Bachelor's degree required.Perks & Benefits:Competitive salaryPerformance bonusPrivate healthcarePension contribution25% uplift for hours worked between 10pm and 1amNo shift rotation (Mon-Fri, with occasional weekends as per business needs)Career progression within a multicultural and diverse global companyComprehensive training provided25 days annual leaveReady to make an impact?
