This role requires someone who has a great understanding of security principles, software development, penetration testing, and code review.Key responsibilitiesPerform security code reviewsSpot vulnerabilities within the softwarePerform penetration tests and document resultsIdentify gaps and implementations that lead to security issuesCollaborate with colleagues to develop plans and fix the issues within the systemQualifications/Experience:Practical experience strengthening Microsoft cloud ecosystems, including Azure and Microsoft 365, with a focus on identity, data, and access security.Up to date on current Security Engineer methods, standards, and defensive strategies. experience as a security engineer, with a focus on secure SDLCStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCISSP or CISM certification and other security qualifications are a plus.
