One of the most exciting and fast growing Tech companies is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Sales Manager to lead their team of DACH Account Executives.As a Salas Manager, you’ll recruit, train, develop, and support new and existing AEs to ensure they meet specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role reports to the Director of Sales, requiring at least 2 years of experience managing individual contributors, ideally in complex or enterprise accounts. You’ll be adept at creating work-back plans, ROI reports etcRole OverviewDrive and motivate the team around key objectivesLead outbound efforts to generate and close new businessDevelop and implement a scalable skills curriculum for continuous improvement and advancementConduct regular 1:1s with direct reportsYour Profile/SkillsetProficiency in English and GermanExperience managing and coaching full sales cycle professionalsProven ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse and high-performing teamStrong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholdersComfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentWhat's on offerCompensation package depending on experience, NegotiableHealthcare and Pension SchemeGenerous commission structure Full-time permanent contract.Hybrid working model (2 days of working from home)Exciting career progression opportunities.Employee stock benefits.Relocation support if based outside of Ireland.Don't worry if you don't meet ALL the requirements, if you feel you would be a great fit for this role, we would love to hear from you
