The Role | Site Manager
Management of a new Healthcare build in Galway.
Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the site and ensuring a safe working environment across all phases of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Full management of daily site operations, including relevant paperwork and documentation
Coordination of site team & sub-contractors
Ensure project follows schedules, programmes and budget
Ensure compliance contractual commitments
Monitor work in accordance to company standards
Oversee Health & Safety on site, implementing safety procedures
What You'll Need to Succeed:
5 years' experience managing construction sites end-to-end
RC Frame and Fit-Out experience is essential
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
