As an Agile Coach, you'll work with 3-5 squads, mentoring them through their journey to high performance and self-organization.
You'll guide teams through ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Big Room Planning, empowering them to take ownership and grow in confidence.
Beyond coaching individuals and teams, you'll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of psychological safety and trust.
Your expertise in agile methodologies, coupled with your ability to lead with empathy and challenge with confidence, will make you an invaluable partner to squads, Tribe Leads, and senior leaders.
From removing systemic blockers to helping individuals unlock their potential, you'll leave a lasting impact on our teams and the way we work.
