The Role: Advising on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including corporate lending, real estate finance, and structured finance.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, security documentation, and related contracts.

Engaging in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborating with senior partners and experienced colleagues on complex and high-value deals.
The Person: Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) with strong academic credentials.
Experience in banking and finance law (gained through training or post-qualification experience).
Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
