We're looking for an Event Executive who has been developing their event career over the last 1+ years, developing their skills while delivering success.
We seek a passionate and results-oriented individual that thrives under pressure and who is looking to build their career at an experiential agency.
Our ideal candidate has superb communication, organisation and documentation skills, identifies solutions and is comfortable playing their role in working as part of a team.
Most importantly, they must have a passion for events, a desire to continuously be up to speed on the latest trends (events, tech, culture, etc) and aspirations for greatness
You are an event-savvy professional, with experience in the industry in Europe.
You are a 'people person' with a positive attitude and the ability to organise and communicate with people within & outside the organisation.
Here's what you'll do:Oversee all logistical aspects of the event, including venue liaison, supplier management, catering, and entertainment.Manage project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time & within budget.Negotiate with suppliers to get the best possible quality and price for our clients.Build out proposal decks to be shared with clients.Build strong relationships through strong communication with clients and suppliers, regularly.Develop and oversee comprehensive event strategies: Partner with clients to define objectives, identify target audiences, and craft impactful event concepts.Support with management of budgets and resources.Support the team with onsite event execution, representing both Verve and our clients in the best possible way.Measure success and report on ROI: Develop and implement metrics to track event performance, analyse data, and demonstrate the value delivered to clients.Stay ahead of industry trends: Continuously research and recommend innovative ideas to enhance future events.Help keep Verve databases and templates up to date.We're looking for someone who:Possesses 1+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of supporting the delivery of successful events.Has the ability to multi-task and manage multiple aspects of an event from sourcing props and venues to booking and briefing staff.Has a strong understanding of event logistics, budgeting, and supplier management.Excels at communication, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.Demonstrates strategic thinking and the ability to translate client goals into actionable plans.Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional problem-solving skills.This is your chance to lead the charge, craft unforgettable experiences, and make a significant impact on our clients' success.Key Skills We Look For:Planning & Organisational skillsProject ManagementClient Relationship ManagementSupplier ManagementSlide Design SkillsResearch and ReportingTeamwork & OwnershipCommunication (Written & Verbal)Attention to DetailAdaptability & Solution Oriented MindsetVerve wants someone who is focused, with drive and enthusiasm and a fun and outgoing personality.
