What you will do to add impact: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for pursuing and generating new leads by delivering an outbound sales strategy as well as systematically following up on all inbound leads provided to you to further grow our market share amongst experienced HR practitioners.
Build and develop account relationships to identify clients' requirements with a solution-oriented approach to qualify and close sales efficiently.Perform outbound activities / lead generation to target potential revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a revenue pipeline aligned to targets.Develop relationships with a client-centric approach through phone, email, social media and professional networking.Drive growth by selling HR, Employment Law and H&S services to businesses aligned to targets.Manage the sales process and develop your accounts from initial contact to closure.Prospect, initiate and nurture relationships with HR decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.Communicate and establish expectations for weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals.Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system.Participate in weekly sales meetings and monthly/quarterly company meetings.Provide feedback on wins, losses and client feedback, to support the ongoing refinement of our sales strategies.Maintain knowledge and awareness of HR trends as well as products and services.Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Qualification in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (ideally).Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Ideally 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.Ideally experience working with Salesforce (or comparable CRM) – training will be provided.Experience selling HR/Employment Law/Training, Employee Relations and/or Health & Safety services an advantage.Understanding of HR processes, challenges, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with HR professionals.Strong negotiation skills and business acumen, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.Results-oriented mindset.You must be relationship-focused, a hunter and a closerThis is an unmissable opportunity
