Job Role: Senior Product Manager - Data ProductsYou will play a critical role in shaping and delivering data-driven and AI-powered products that meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of innovative data products.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Data Products to define and execute the vision, strategy and roadmap for data-driven and AI-powered products
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends and competitive landscapes to inform product development
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable product concepts, features and roadmaps
- Work collaboratively with product, engineering, data science, analytics and marketing teams to bring data products to market
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data products from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement
- Prioritize product investments in alignment with business objectives and customer needs ensuring a balanced roadmap of initiatives
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and contribute to a product-centric culture
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development
- Own product documentation and collateral including sales and pre-sales tools, support and end user documentation, with support from Data Product Owners
- Act as a mentor and collaborator within the Data organisation supporting the growth and development of team members
Basic Requirements and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in product management with a focus on data and analytics product development
- Proven track record of delivering successful data-driven products in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate product strategies to customers, senior leaders and colleagues
- Experience with Agile product development methodologies
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities effectively
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a related field
- Flexibility to undertake occasional international travel to visit customers and/or partners
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IoT, telecommunications, automotive, or connectivity domains
- Familiarity with machine learning or artificial intelligence solutions
- Experience in creating and implementing data governance policies
