Senior Personal Assistant (PA) to Financial Director Location: Dona bate, Co. Dublin Hours: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (Flexibility around start and finish times available) Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 (Dependent on Experience) Our client, a market leading consultancy organisation, is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Personal Assistant (PA) to provide outstanding support to their Financial Director.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected professional consultancy based in Dona bate, Co. Dublin.
The role is fully onsite, with free car parking provided.
Key Responsibilities Diary Management: Efficiently manage a very busy and demanding schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments to optimize the Financial Directors time.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and book complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and schedules.
Administrative Excellence: Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations with attention to detail and professionalism.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact, handling communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of integrity.
Proactive Support: Anticipate needs and ensure the Financial Director operates at maximum efficiency.
Requirements A minimum of 5-8 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
Proven ability to thrive in a very busy and demanding environment.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a focus on prioritization and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
A proactive, flexible, and professional approach to work.
