Skills and competencies required; ACA or ACCA with minimum 7 years PQE Minimum of 5 years+ relevant post qualified work experience in practice with strong technical knowledge and financial/management accounts experience Proven management skills and behaviors Excellent organizational skills, time-management and communication skills A strong market/commercial awareness Working knowledge of accounting software packages such as Surf, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero or similar with a high aptitude and interest for using new software Ability to use and implement AI-based accounting software, accounting tools and connected app functionality in house and to clients Client-oriented with initiative, enthusiasm and problem-solving attitude Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with maximum discretion Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making when necessary Randstad encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
