Online Marketing SpecialistWe're looking for an Online Marketing Specialist with experience in A/B testing, personalization campaigns, and customer experience optimization to join our team in a hybrid role based in Dublin.
This is hybrid position and requires 2 days on-site work per week.
You will report to the Director of Web & Technology.
You will deliver A/B testing and personalization campaigns across Informatica's digital properties, driving incremental business value through customer experience improvements and optimization activities.
The role collaborates with teams to identify, prioritize, and implement iterative testing strategies, providing guidance on campaign feasibility, execution, and sound testing methodology.
Your Role ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the testing and personalization roadmap, including A/B tests and hypothesis-driven projects.Develop and adjust personalization campaigns using Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager, aligned with digital programs, product launches, and promotions.Drive program growth by integrating internal and external data sources into Adobe.Lead research to prioritize website testing, personalization, and usability enhancements.Create and manage testing plans, including design mock-ups and recommendations for copy, images, and layouts.Perform QA, engage the team for testing, and track results to provide monthly updates to stakeholders.Maintain a repository of test hypotheses, results, and insights, along with a best practices playbook for campaign optimization.Report on funnel analysis and assist in regional growth initiatives.What We'd Like to SeeExperience with statistical concepts related to website testing.General knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research practices.Experience with user insight tools (e.g., Full Story preferred).Strong collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.Superior attention to detail and keen troubleshooting abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Role EssentialsStrong analytical focus with proven experience in A/B testing and personalization.Proficiency in Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Manager.Demonstrated ability to improve customer engagement and ROI through digital strategies.BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.Perks & BenefitsComprehensive health, vision, and wellness benefits (Paid parental leave, adoption benefits, life insurance, disability insurance and 401k plan or international pension/retirement plans).Flexible time-off policy and hybrid working practices.Equity opportunities and an employee stock purchase program (ESPP).Comprehensive Mental Health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefit.We're guided by our DATA values and we are passionate about building and delivering solutions that accelerate data innovations.
