Key duties & responsibilities: Processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a high volume of clientsHandling payroll-related queries efficiently and professionallyPreparing and issuing detailed payroll reports to clientsManaging electronic filing and secure distribution of pay recordsEngaging with clients in a friendly, professional, and supportive mannerResolving client queries with accuracy and a helpful approachAssisting with additional tasks as needed, as directed by the manager or partner What are we looking for?
