We are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our Payroll Department at GPC Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the accurate and efficient processing of payroll across assigned UK and Irish entities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and complete the accurate and efficient end-to-end processing of payroll, including all leave, processing of all payroll-related information, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  2. Manage the calculations of PAYE, PRSI, USC, and Pensions, as well as all other statutory and voluntary deductions, and completion of all payroll changes.
  3. Ensure timely submission of Revenue Real-Time Payroll Reporting requirements.
  4. Process social welfare, loss of earnings, and other forms required by employees, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
  5. Stay up-to-date with revenue and legislative updates relevant to payroll and implement changes as necessary.
  6. Prepare monthly third-party payments and files, e.g., Pension, Healthcare, Union, and reconcile payroll journals.
  7. Develop and maintain policies and procedures around payroll and HR Administration.
