What the day will look like The Operations Analyst will work within a diverse Operations Team to support clients, members and colleagues across our Commercial Risk business in Risk Capital.
Main responsibilities will include:
Working within an existing team to deliver services to both internal and external customers.Contributing to process improvement initiatives utilizing latest technology.Working with large data sets within Excel and other systems.Delivering high quality reports related to operational activities.Documentation / process mapping of processes and procedures.Ad hoc work as required in the role to include participation in projects and initiatives.How this opportunity is different The successful Operational Analyst will join a team in a growing business, where you will be exposed to a landscape of regulatory changes and help to shape processes and procedures to deliver high quality results.
