My client is a global leader in fund administration and asset servicing, renowned for innovation and expertise since their founding.
They are currently seeking an Investor Relations Supervisor – Private Equity & Hedge to join their growing team in the IFSC.
Your Role: Administer and deliver services aligned with administration agreements for a portfolio of private equity funds.
Lead and develop a team of both senior and junior administrators.
Serve as the primary contact for clients across your portfolio.
Maintain shareholder registers and act as a transfer agent.
Process and confirm subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
Communicate with investors and handle transactions, including payments.
Ensure the delivery of investor-related services to clients, meeting deadlines and compliance standards.
Manage daily updates to all data and records for the Investor Relations Group, ensuring efficient and comprehensive filing systems.
Maintain and update investor records on transfer agency systems, conducting regular database reviews.
Support auditors and other fund participants and advisers as required.
About You: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
Over 4 years of experience in an investor relations environment, ideally within private equity and/or hedge funds.
A strong interest in financial markets and the alternative investment sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
