Job Overview The Digital Marketing Executive will play a vital role in strengthening our online presence, increasing supporter engagement, and optimizing digital campaigns to drive donations and brand awareness.
The successful candidate will be part of a positive and supportive team culture , working in an environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and fundraising potential.
Manage and optimize the Special Olympics Ireland website ensuring engaging, up-to-date content with a focus on SEO .
Plan and execute, and review digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter , and other platforms to boost engagement and donations.
Lead email marketing campaigns , including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking, to improve engagement and conversions.
Analyze marketing data and key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness , reporting on ROI and areas for improvement.
Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to enhance supporter interactions.
Support fundraising campaigns with targeted digital strategies that drive donor retention and acquisition.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance digital marketing efforts.
Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the non-profit sector .
Strong knowledge of WordPress, SEO, and content management .
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and social media advertising .
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and automation tools.
Understanding of supporter engagement, fundraising, and donor journeys .
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and report on performance .
Excellent communication skills and creativity in content creation.
Knowledge of fundraising strategies is a major plus.
