What the day will look like Commercial Risk Solutions is currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Client Service Advisor to join our busy Shannon team.
Reporting to the Account Director, the Senior Client Service Advisor will be responsible for client servicing of a range of National and Consumer accounts, with an ability to work as part of a team.
Main responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of varied businesses within a busy and pro-active broking environment Handling clients' renewals from start to finish, assisting with mid-term alterations, dealing with general day to day client and carrier queries and administrative duties pertaining to same Providing support to our designated claims team in the handling of insurance claims Providing assistance as required to colleagues across a range of general lines products Reviewing policy wording Building strong relationships with clients, underwriters and colleagues through the delivery of a market leading service Securing and retaining clients by providing an excellent service Assisting the Shannon team and other Aon colleagues to continually deliver an excellent service Participation in campaigns and sales initiatives to target new clients Expanding and sharing knowledge and capabilities Maintaining the utmost standards of compliance and adherence to broking best-practice Following all management audit requirements Other duties that may arise as the business requires.

Skills and experience that will lead to success Few years of relevant commercial broking experience Comply, on an ongoing basis, with the minimum competency requirements laid down by the Central Bank, including but not limited to: To be CIP qualified (minimum) Progress to ACII (desirable) Meet the Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards Provide evidence of compliance with maintaining CPD hours (min 2 year) Strong knowledge across a range of General insurance products Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers and colleagues Excellent organizational and administrative skills with ability to work to strict deadlines Teammate with the ability to work on own initiative Ability to prioritize workload and deliver on objectives Display a solid devotion to customer contentment and meticulous attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft platforms i.e.
Word, Excel and PowerPoint Previous applied relay experience would be an advantage but not necessary.
