There is some flexibility in this role and hybrid working options are available.
Your new role The Head of Operations is a senior role responsible for overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations of the organisation, including, but not limited to, human resources (HR), information technology (IT), logistics and administration.
You will report directly to the Executive Director and collaborate with other managers and key stakeholders to develop and execute operational strategies.
What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in your new role, you will have a strong understanding of good governance and compliance in the NGO sector in Ireland and globally.
You will have a high level of interpersonal and organisational skills and will lead by example to motivate staff and ensure the values and culture of the organisation are maintained.
You will have the ability to make strategic choices based on sound analysis in an operational leadership role and have experience of management, budgeting, planning and evaluation.
