Senior Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our client, a leading global asset manager, on a contract basis. This is a high-impact role suited for an experienced business analyst who can quickly adapt and contribute to complex, cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong autonomy, supporting both strategic transformation and BAU change projects. A proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating data-rich applications, is highly sought after.

Responsibilities:
  • Rapidly familiarize yourself with systems, data flows, and project goals
  • Define, document, and validate business requirements with global stakeholders
  • Lead or support solution design for application enhancements, migrations, or new builds
  • Collaborate with cross-border teams, bridging business and technical functions
  • Contribute to testing, data validation, and process improvement efforts
  • Respond effectively to shifting priorities in a fast-changing business environment
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in business analysis within financial services, ideally asset management
  • Strong capability to work independently or within a distributed team setup
  • Proficiency with Agile delivery models, ideally with Jira exposure
  • Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis or support
  • Understanding of UX principles, Java/Angular migrations, or legacy system transitions is beneficial
  • Prior exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is advantageous
  • Confident communicator, effective with both business and technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, IT, or related field
