Join us as a Loyalty Proposition Specialist You will work as a member of the team that focuses on Loyalty for the customer base of Three Ireland.
Together with your team, you will work to ensure that tangible customer and commercial benefits are delivered.
As a Loyalty Proposition Specialist, you will be responsible for evolving and managing the customer loyalty proposition to drive customer engagement and differentiation in the market, as well as developing new membership loyalty benefits.
You will need an understanding of the key role that loyalty has in driving customer retention which is a key performance indicator (KPI).
In your role, you will also drive customer engagement, base and margin growth as well as advocacy for the Three brand.
We are looking for someone who is customer centric, results focused and digitally minded who will support the Senior Loyalty Manager within the wider New Products and Propositions team.
What else it involves You will support the development and end to end management of new membership benefits for new and existing customers to drive customer engagement and differentiation in the market.
This includes launching the new loyalty proposition and bringing it to market.
You will support evolution of Three's loyalty proposition, continually assessing strengths and defining areas to improve, with a pragmatic approach to make the loyalty experience a meaningful one for our customers.
You will support loyalty proposition design and execution, ensuring that the deployment of the technical solution meets the original scope of the insight led proposition that was researched and required.
You will support the loyalty proposition activity roadmap delivery, working closely with the following areas to do so: Commercial, Finance, Technology, Go-To-Market, Direct and Indirect Channels, whilst ensuring that we meet our key contractual and regulatory obligations.
You will be responsible for effective stakeholder engagement with all key stakeholders, communicating progress effectively and managing change proactively.
You will be responsible for achievement of relevant targets and KPIs, including post implementation reporting to measure success.

A huge appetite to understand the key loyalty targets and to develop effective membership benefits that drive KPI uplift and loyalty differentiation.

Proven experience working collaboratively Proactive, organised, self-starter.
Proven ability to work to deadlines and the ability to navigate through prioritisation and capacity challenges.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate and influence and ask right questions to ensure the process and journeys defined meet customer needs.
Skilled in designing and delivering presentations A proven ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and across virtual teams with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams.
