About the Role:
This is an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Front, providing a unique opportunity for talented, ambitious individuals who can manage high-velocity top-of-funnel sales qualification while navigating a strategic sales process.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers for Front.
We're building a team that requires a winning attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for sales.
You will have the opportunity to help shape processes and build the pipeline to support your Account Executive counterparts immediately.

What will you be doing? Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape.High velocity outbound (phone/email/Linkedin) with strategic and thoughtful messaging to prospects.Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume.Prospect into new accounts using proven outbound tactics.Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.Set appointments and follow up on leads.Track progress towards meeting sales goals.Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.What skills and experience do you need? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Ability to collaborate with others and work cross-functionally among different teams at Front.Desire to join a competitive, team-based environment.Previous outbound Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent research and analytical skills.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.A great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.Growth mindset.This is a hybrid role, expected to be in our Dublin office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
