Marketing Manager Leading 4-Star Hotel Red D are recruiting a Marketing Manager for a leading 4-star hotel in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and strategic marketing professional to take the lead in driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across all areas of the hotel, including accommodation, dining, events, and leisure facilities.
About the Role This position offers the chance to work in a well-established hotel where innovation, collaboration, and fresh ideas are encouraged.
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance the hotel's reputation and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and report on marketing strategies for all areas of the hotel.
Design and implement branding materials, marketing assets, and collateral for internal and external use.
Manage the hotels website, working with digital marketing and booking engine partners to enhance online presence.
Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
Develop and execute the yearly events calendar with the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful campaigns.
Lead PR, social media, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with various departments.
Coordinate content creation, including photoshoots and video productions.
Work closely with the revenue team to develop compelling offers and packages.
Oversee email marketing, ensuring content is fresh and engaging.
Manage relationships with digital agencies, PR firms, photographers, and videographers.
What Were Looking For Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
Proven experience in delivering effective marketing campaigns and driving brand performance.
High levels of motivation, confidence, and proactivity.
Ability to collaborate with a team while also working independently.
Strong understanding of online and offline marketing strategies.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Photography, video, and content creation skills are an advantage but not essential.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Revinate CRM, MailChimp, or similar email marketing platforms.
Website CMS experience is beneficial.
A third-level qualification in marketing or business is desirable.
