Food & Beverage Supervisor Full-Time Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences?

Milltown Golf Club is looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to help elevate our restaurant, private dining, and event offerings for our members.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious private members club with a reputation for excellence.
Youll be part of a professional team, working in a refined yet welcoming environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
What Youll Do: Lead the evening restaurant service, ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience.
Oversee private dining, events, and special occasions, from setup to execution.
Support and mentor the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver top-tier service.
Ensure a well-presented, refined dining environment for members and guests.
Assist with stock control, staff training, and overall service improvements.
What Were Looking For: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in a busy hospitality setting.
A hands-on leader with exceptional service standards and attention to detail.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
A hospitality professional with proven experience in restaurant and event management.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment.
Organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
