Responsibilities:Order Processing:Accurately enter and process customer orders in the CRM.Track and manage order status, ensuring timely delivery, installation & invoicing.Customer Relationship Management:Assist Account managers in managing customer accounts.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.Manage software subscriptions on behalf of our clients.Prepare and distribute sales quotes & proposals.Ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate.Reporting and Analysis:Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.Provide sales performance data to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.Training & Onboarding:Support the onboarding process for new sales team members.Provide training on sales tools, systems, and best practices.Customer Feedback:Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Prior experience in a Sales Support role particularly in the IT Industry is desirable.Benefits:Company Pension.Health Plan.On-site Gym.Some Technologies We Work With:Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Azure, Backup, DR, AVD, Intune, SonicWALL, Cisco, firewalls, access points, Aruba (gateways, switches, access points, central), Datto (Backup, DR, Access Points), Unifi (access points, switches), HP, Dell.
