Job Description: As a Junior Human Resource Specialist at Autojob.app, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team in various functions related to recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations. You will work closely with senior HR professionals and contribute to creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent. This role is crucial to ensuring a seamless hiring process and fostering employee satisfaction within the company. Responsibilities: Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for open positions.Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and paperwork.Managing HR databases and ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.Assisting with employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Prior experience or internship in HR-related roles is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software systems. Qualifications: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Demonstrated team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bulgaria is preferred.
