What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
Lead and represent the UKINOR Commercial Excellence (ComEx) team, ensuring efficient delivery of outcomes and strong alignment with the global ComEx agenda
Challenge local strategies and act as a change agent, driving performance management and continuous commercial improvement
Develop and implement commercial excellence strategies, leveraging deep knowledge of UKINOR healthcare systems, customer needs, and market dynamics
Oversee field force effectiveness across UKINOR, embedding structured
