Land Acquisition Lead
for their business.
As part of the team, you'll play a central role in shaping projects from the ground up, working with landowners and stakeholders to turn ambitious plans into reality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations with landowners to secure options, leases, wayleaves, and easements needed to deliver the growing pipeline of renewable energy projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, tenant farmers, and land managers
Manage complex agreements and independent valuation processes
Collaborate with legal, project management, and external partners to progress agreements through to completion
Support project development teams with land acquisition strategies and effective stakeholder engagement
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, environmental, and health & safety requirements
Key Requirements
We're looking for a proactive and skilled professional with
A degree in Land Management, Agriculture, Business, or a related discipline
6+ years' professional experience in property, agriculture, forestry, or project management
A proven tract record in negotiating and concluding land agreements
Strong knowledge of Irish property law and sustainable land management practice
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
A full driving license and flexibility to travel as required
