Job Title: Territory Acquisition Professional
About the Position:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead large-scale territory acquisition programs and ensure that all agreements are negotiated effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, tenant farmers, and land managers to drive successful land acquisition strategies.
- Negotiation Expertise: Represent the organization in negotiations of viable and cost-effective land deals.
- Project Management: Oversee the financial aspects of projects and collaborate with project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with land acquisitions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster open communication with stakeholders to address concerns and build trust.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in land acquisition in Ireland.
- A related qualification or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record of successfully negotiating and concluding agreements with landowners.
- Familiarity with Irish Property Law.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in engineering and construction.
- Consulting experience is highly desirable.
- A full driver's license is essential.
