Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Land Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing third-party land acquisition to support the delivery of renewable energy projects. This will involve identifying, negotiating, and managing agreements with landowners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure third-party land acquisition opportunities.
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with landowners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop project plans and strategies.
  • Manage complex agreements, including options, leases, wayleaves, and easements.
  • Maintain accurate records of negotiation status and key risks.

Requirements:
  • Hons Degree in Land Management, Agriculture, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years professional work experience from an agriculture, forestry, property, or project management background.
  • Familiarity with Irish Property Law and knowledge of relevant documentation.
  • Experience of renewable energy projects and commercial understanding of business needs.
  • Sound knowledge of sustainable land management practices and strong stakeholder management skills.
