Job Description:

You will be responsible for leading large-scale land acquisition programs, ensuring all contracts are negotiated correctly and in the best interest of both parties.

The role involves managing relationships with landowners, tenant farmers, and land managers to obtain necessary land agreements and rights.

You will also represent the company in negotiating viable and cost-effective land deals, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and manage financial aspects of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6 years' experience in land acquisition in Ireland
  • A related qualification
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and concluding agreements with landowners
  • Familiarity with Irish Property Law
  • Excellent negotiating, influencing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Experience in engineering and construction
  • Consulting experience
  • Preferably Chartered status
  • A full driver's license
