Opportunity: Room Attendant
Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure they meet established standards.

Housekeeping Supervisor – Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Executive Housekeeper
Your Focus
Greet guests warmly and courteously upon interaction.
Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls, and equipment.
Notify management of repairs needed in guest rooms.
Handle guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
Follow sustainability practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short-staffed or during peak periods.
Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores and overall guest experience.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Your Background and Skills
High school diploma preferred.
Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
Ability to understand and communicate in English.

Work schedule may vary and include holidays and weekends.
Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting up to 20 pounds, and handling cleaning chemicals.
