Main Responsibilities: - Provide pre-sales testing support and conduct engaging workshops with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with the sales and solution team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Log and track issues reported by customers for efficient resolution.
- Offer training and guidance to customers throughout the construction process, including kick-off meetings and acceptance tests.
- Support customers during the commissioning process by technically checking inverter installations and making necessary corrections.
- Act as the vital link between customers and the R&D team to resolve technical issues.
Provide second and third line support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Offer on-site support for major or critical issues that need hands-on expertise.
- Monitor the quality of on-site operations and provide quality analyses for improvement.
Requirements: - A degree in science or engineering, preferably in Electricity, Energy, or Mechanical fields.
- Technical and service experience, with channel management experience being a plus.
- Familiarity with the Solar-PV or storage market is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse teams and partners.
- Insightful problem-solving abilities and project operation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
