We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our team.

As a Digital Power Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and partners.

Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth installation and operation of our digital power solutions.

You will work closely with our sales and solution teams to provide pre-sales testing support and hold workshops with customers on technical issues.

In addition, you will be responsible for logging issues reported by customers, training them on hardware and software, and supporting them during the commissioning process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and partners
  • Ensure smooth installation and operation of digital power solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and solution teams
  • Log customer issues and report them to relevant teams
  • Train customers on hardware and software
  • Support customers during commissioning process
  • Resolve technical issues and improve quality of on-site operations

Requirements:

  • Science or engineering education background, majoring in Electricity, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Technical and service working experience
  • Channel management experience
  • Knowledgeable or working experience in Solar-PV market/storage market is preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to identify problems and communicate effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English
