About the Implementation Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead digital solutions projects from start to finish. As the face of the product for clients, you will guide them through every stage of the implementation process.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver end-to-end implementation projects, encompassing discovery, configuration, and go-live.
  • Develop tailored solutions, write specifications, configure systems, and manage data mapping/API integrations.
  • Act as the primary client contact, handling workshops, UAT, and escalations with exceptional communication skills.
  • Create clear documentation and technical playbooks to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal consultants and engineers while maintaining accountability for delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering SaaS, ERP, or finance system implementations with hands-on ownership.
  • Strong technical capability in SQL, data mapping, and APIs (or a willingness to rapidly develop these skills).
  • Effective communication: able to explain complex concepts simply and navigate challenging conversations with clients.
  • Previous exposure to finance, payroll, HR, or AP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Sage, Tipalti, Glantus, etc., is highly advantageous.
  • Experience working in smaller teams or scaling businesses where adaptability and versatility were essential.
