Vickerstock are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a world-leading heavy manufacturing organisation to recruit a Management Accountant for their Tyrone site.
This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking finance professional to join one of the most respected names in heavy manufacturing.
You will play a key role in providing financial insight, driving efficiency, and supporting informed decision-making across the site.
The Role As Management Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information, supporting both operational and strategic objectives.
This is a hands-on role, with a strong emphasis on analysis, business partnering, and process improvement.
Key responsibilities will include: Producing monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
Supporting the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Working closely with operations to monitor costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
Preparing financial analysis to support investment decisions and operational projects.
Assisting with internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
Supporting group reporting and shared services processes.
Essential Criteria A recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or working towards full qualification.
Strong management accounts experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or similar environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Desirable Experience in a multi-site or group reporting environment.
Knowledge of standard costing and inventory accounting.
