This is a high-profile project requiring a detail-oriented professional with a strong track record in finishing works on large-scale residential builds.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all finishing stages including snagging, handover, and quality control Coordinate subcontractors and ensure high standards of workmanship Ensure timely delivery of units in line with programme targets Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and client representatives Maintain site documentation and manage inspections and compliance Ideal Candidate 5+ years experience in finishing management on large residential projects Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and coordination skills Experience working with Tier 1 contractors preferred Ability to manage multiple blocks and teams simultaneously Health & Safety focused with strong organisational skills Why Join?
