We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Selling Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team while actively engaging in vehicle sales.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about the motor industry.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Second Close Sales of new and used vehicles to customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Oversee stock levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
What Were Looking For: Proven experience in Vehicle sales, ideally in a leadership or senior sales role.
A hands-on manager with a strong track record in both team leadership and personal sales performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team.
Full, clean drivers licence required.
